Many people sign up to Cable Forum believeing that the site is connected to, i.e. run by Virgin Media. Perhaps because they beleive an organisation as big as Virgin Media would have it's own message board. In fact all Virgin Media have is their newsgroups.

Cable Forum is independent. Whilst we help to support users, we don't have access to account iinformation and such like, and so can't do things on behalf of users.
