im really miffed with virgin, first I get a letter telling me thy have been under charging me and are going ot take the money I didnt even know that I owed and then I get the letter about paperless bills and charges increase.
I really do not like the happy , we are one of you type letters hat are actually very draconian.

I think he meant.

"I really do not like the happy 'We are one of you' type letters that....."

I'm still not sure what is meant by draconian though?

It is not saying that anyone owes them money, it is just saying that and under/overcharging has been corrected for the future. Virgin is a business, if they identify what that are charging you is wrong, what are they supposed to do about it?

As for the price changes, they didn't have to offer the option of e-billing/e-bill discount, but they did. For a large percentage of Virgin's customer this means there will BE not price increase.

Which does not exclude them from price-fixing if they thought they could get away with it - i'm not sure how you conclude it would?
