Is it normal for VM to charge for a PPV event approximately 3 months after the event has been held?
The only reason I ask is that I have noticed on this months bill, that I have been charged for the Mayweather v Hatton fight, which was held on Dec 8th last year.
Seems strange how they have taken so long to add this to my bill and not the month after like I would expect.

You should have also got a letter explaining it was due to an IT issue.
Usually it would always be added the bill after it was ordered
Cheers for that. No letter received from them explaining that it may be an IT issue. Also studying further on my bill, I noticed they have charged me full whack for my BB. My BB was discounted for 12 months to a cost of £17.99 p/m due to ongoing issues with my UBR and poor service. Looks like a call to CS is in order.

IIRC it was always months after the event / film when we had NTL TV that we would be billed for it, as for your BB, cs here ya come, hope it gets sorted soon, only took me 2 calls over 2 months to get mine sorted.
