Phone Bill

We have opted to pay for itemised phone billing so we can check how much we are paying for our phone as we are new to this service.

If we went onto ebilling would it be itemised or would I still need to pay the extra for itemised ?

I wish I had found this forum before we signed up to Virgin - I had tons of questions

Re: Phone Bill

as far as I am led to believe itemised billing will only be provided on e-billing if you pay the extra £1

Re: Phone Bill

But you get the 50p discount for using e-billing.

Re: Phone Bill

I don't think 50p discount is enough to tempt me to use ebilling
