Left VM over 2 months but still money taken from my a/c

Hi all, would really appreciate some advices here.

I left VM on 15th January 2008 when my contract was expired.

I moved house in October and had been trying t move all my VM service to my new place but due to the incomplete database of VM after 3 months of hassling and waiting I had to leave VM and move to BT for phone and broadband service.

some nice people within the VM had been trying to help but to no avail even though I have an ACTIVE telewest box in the new place.

anyway I understand that due to the incoveniences my charges from November onwards to the end of January will be refunded.

However recently when I check my bank statement lately I just discovered that VM is still taking money off my account in Feb and March!

this totally disgracing performance from a company as large as VM. (They have no problem cutting me and collecting the setop box while I'm still trying to move my house though!

I'm thinking of cancel the Direct debit with my bank 1st but weary of any subsequent "failure" of payment and letters to my old address, which i have no contact anymore, will result a negative feedback on my account!

Anyone have any idea on a quick solution before I have to ring VM up paying all the phone bill for long waiting to try to resolve VM's own shocking error?

I'm sorry for the long whining message but I am furious with VM at the moment!!

Many thanks
