They did not turn up on the day given, re booked same happened.
Anyway my son had to do a fair bit of chasing on his phone, and Virgin told
my son that when he received phone bill, he was to send it in, and they would refund the cost of Virgin calls.
So i would be very grateful if someone could tell me the right department and address to send to.
