Query on "TW 2Mb Family TV Saving"

Hi
Not a rant but would welcome explanation.

Ex-C & W then NTL we changed from analogue to digital when it became available.

We had Family pack TV,including Telephone, 1Mb Broadband and Voice Mail

When I added Talk Unlimited I received a discount described as above on our bill.

In January / February The Family Pack was split into TV XL and Telephone charge.

We could save £9 a month by going to TV M but we have had conflicting advice as to whether we would keep our discount or not.

If we lost the discount it would reduce the saving to 50p a month and not be worth it.

And "TW" suggests it has to do with Tele West which we've never been.

Her indoors is giving me grief; so if anyone in the know can confirm either way I would be grateful.

Thanks

Nick

Re: Query on "TW 2Mb Family TV Saving"

you would lose your discount

TW = Talk weekends
2mb = your broadband
Family TV = XL TV

if you downgrade to the M you will save the 20.50 it costs but lose your 8.50 discount

if you downgrade to the L you will save 9.00 and lose your 8.50 discount.
