not recieved bill yet

I've not recieved my bill yet, usually its her aroung the 15th, now I know there has been post strikes but was wondering if anyone else is still waiting for there bill or knows anything about it.

My bill came through with little or no delay but different parts of the country may be more effected by the postal strikes.

If you want to check your bill before your payment is due you can phone 150, option 1, then option 1 again. This will allow you hear your balance on an automated service.

tried the automated system but its not working, asks for a/c no. then says the phone number isnt reconised. try entering phone no. and thats not reconised. then says I can check how many talketime minutes i've got left.

20.41pm. Just tried the automated line and it has given me these details.
  • the amount outstanding on my account.
  • details of my last payment.

if your account number was 8 digits long beginning with 5 and it had tv or telephone on it then due to the billing system changing there is a delay of about 4 - 10 days in the 1st bill on the new billng system...which will mean that if a dd is set up the date the money comes out of your account will also change.
