NASN Billing Issues

If you subscribe to NASN you may want to check your bill

For the last 2 months ive noticed that the NASN charge is not printed on my bill. I've also discovered that VM are charging VAT on top of the £8 per month which already includes VAT.

Apparently a "Technical error" that wont be resolved until next month

ruckus is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: NASN Billing Issues

Man this is so crappy - why the hell isn't it on the bill if I'm still paying for it (I pay for an additional STB + NASN). My Dads phoning them in the morning about it since we were unsure if it had become free or not (thanks to this post I see it hasn't).

It vanished from the August bill and still isn't present on the last one (October).

They've charged you double X amounts of V.A.T? I'd personally, forward a formal complaint with HMRC. They'll soon fix the "Technical error"

To be fair, they have refunded it. Just making people aware so that they can claim a refund too

Re: NASN Billing Issues

AS expected, new months bill arrive, still charging me for NASN that no printed on the bill and then adding VAT to the £8 inc VAT charge.

According to a guy i spoke to in Scotland at VM it appears the NASN billing entry is a bit screwed in that its for business customers. Its being refered to IT to resolve (again!!)
