i had dupe entries all over mine £35 worth of overcharging, double dipped me for broadband.

Mine was correct. (But my broadband is charged as part of TV through STB), and it's changing this month.
But I always check any bill - whether it's Virgin Media or Sainsburys weekly shopping.

After the VIP install i got a bill for £180, after a phone call to CS i was told to ignore it i only owed £72-20, i dread to think of my next bill.

My bill was wrong this month too. 
They charged me for having seperate services instead of the bundle pack. A quick call to CS and the problem was resolved.

I only get an email notification every month and so far it's been correct - I'll be checking our bank statement when it arrives though!

I did compare my bill to the bundles - I didn't realise you could have a bundle and upgrade parts -e.g Three for £30 and pay an extra £9 for the XL television package. I called CS last night, and she changed the bill, and the additional credit is added to next months.

I know someone who has been charged an extra £10 in todays bill for calls, even though they're on talk evenings and weekends.
Seems they're trying to make some money back from all the deals and discounts they've been giving to everyone

Highly unlikely - could be the billing has been incorrectly applied, or alternatively they might be chargeable calls - non-geographic numbers etc?

my bill last month showed a double charge for BB I called it was credited in about 10 mins so I cant say I have a problem with it

Y should always check your bills....small story i found out my flat no is bein used by someone else in the same building and only after telling virgin they then discovered that all the flat nos on the bills to not match to the flat nos in the building..i live in flat 6 but flat 7 is useing my flat no so iam using flat 2s no and so on and so forth...2 months down the line it is still bein sorted.
