Billing Query

Bit confused about my bill - signed up just before the Virgin Media changeover. I've got Telephone:L, TV:L, Broadband:M and V+ box.

My bill says:
Telephone Line Rental £11
Talk Evening and Weekends £5.50
TU Base TV 1MB Saving -£6
TV Size L £11.50
V+Box £15
SACM flag £0

Total = £37

I signed up when they were still NTL, and go it installed when they became VM so things may have got a bit confused. I was expecting a £45 bill (3 for £30 and £15 for the V+box). Instead it's £37 (with Telephone:L not M) and no actual mention of my 2MB Broadband connection.

What is the "TU Base TV 1MB Saving -£6" credit referring to? And why no mention of my broadband? That's not coming on a separate bill is it??? (this is my 1st bill).

Re: Billing Query

Hi
Your BBI will be on a seperate bill.
You also have talk e/w so you are not on the 3 for 30 package but the 3 for 35.50.
