Does anyone at NTL ever listen???

Last summer my ex decided to change her name. She sent off a letter etc to NTL about the name change. She also telephoned as well.

All bills stopped for her BB internet service, her only service. Every month till december she would ring up to update her details and request a bill.

Today her internet was finally stopped, nothing was ever said or done by NTL. She had given up calling and wasting money after 6 months.

What the **** is wrong with NTL's billing systems and people??????

You said she decided to change her name did she do this legally or just change it. You have to either get married, change it by deedpoll have to change everything the banks passports. Only if she followed the correct route would they chaI am sure you can't really just say from now I Think about it I could use any name run up a bill and then change my name again and start saying I had never heard of anyone called Mrs Blah..

Nope, it was kosher, deedpoll, or so I was told and she's truthfull. She was telling me for some time now about the lack of bills and deaf NTL.

Not all ntl people are as bad as you describe, and I'm sure there is somebody on this site who will PM you to help you out.

Why post here where members of NTLs staff could help if shes had no intentions of allowing them to help
