Just had phone call from NTL billing, enquiring when am i going to pay it!!!!!! not had this months bill yet, normally get it round this date 26/27 of the month, and i pay it in full by PP, this is the 1st time i've had a call from them saying i'm late on payment, been with them since analogue days.

Sounds like a scam to me, as far as I know their policy if bill is unpaid is to send a reminder letter out, and even then its about 2 weeks after the billing date not before.
