When is an itemised bill not itemised?

When it's an NTL bill!

Last month I added itemised billing to my service, so I could bill all those small calls back to the company on expenses.

Made absolutely no difference to the printed bill

I still get "11 Non-itemised calls under 20p" even though there is a £1 charge for fully itemised bill

Call centre lady was at a lost to explain so I gave up and said take off the itemised billing charge

Perhaps it wasn't set right on your account to itemise everything over 0p. Looking back at my previous itemised bills, it looks like they don't list free calls, but all other calls are listed.
