I just dont understand this bill

So I woke up today to find my NTL bill through the post and I cant help but think something isnt right.

In the "Your services" I have this:

29Mar -28Apr.............. Line rental............................£9.50
29Mar - 28Apr.............. Second Line.........................£7.50
29Mar -28Apr............... 321 Standard........................£0.00
29Mar - 28Apr.............. 321 Standard........................£0.00
29Mar - 28Apr.............. Full Itemised billing.................£1.00
29Mar - 28Apr.............. No Call Baring........................£0.00
29Mar - 28Apr.............. No Call Baring........................£0.00
01Mar - 08Mar............. Broadband Internet 300k......... £5.14
09Mar - 28 Mar ........... Boadband Internet 1MB.......... £12.85
29Mar - 28Apr............. Broadband Internet 1MB......... £17.99

What gets me is why I have services listed several times.
Is it normal for NTL to charge you for the next month now ?
I always thought it was the following month.
Anyway, something just doesnt seem right. Maybe I'm reading things wrong as I am kind of just waking up, but if anyone knows if this looks OK or not, I'd appreciate a bit of guidance.

Thanks.

You are always charged a month in advance. Same as line rental. I only noticed when my company started VPN services, gave us a contriburion to our bills and we had to submit the bills to accounts to claim it.
