2 NTL services from one house?
Im not sure if this is the most appropriate forum, but since im more concerned with by broadband i thought id post it here.
I would appreciate if any NTL staff have a perspective on this issue before i have to deal with 'knowledgable' customer services.
I signed up for the 300k broadband package, basic TV and phone line approx 3 months ago in my own property.
Since then funds have proven tight and im moving into a house that already has NTL (also less than a year old NTL contract)
I would actually quite like to have NTL provided from this house for me personally, so thats keeping own phone line, cable tv and BB, but is this possible/what needs to be done to provide two sets of NTL services in the same house?
If it is not possible, in what position do you think i am in with regards my contract as its less than a year old... but NTL cannot provide me with service in the adress im moving to....
thoughts/advice welcome

Re: 2 NTL services from one house?
Not sure I get you on this one, maybe it is worded wrong?
From what I read of it, you are moving to a house that already has NTL and you wish to take your contract with you also? And have 2 Accounts and services at 1 address??
But then at the end you say you are moving to a new address and NTL cannot provide in that area? Am I missing something here?
Oh and ....

The OP means....
If they aren't able to provide two accounts in one house then they obviously can't continue to provide him with his account when he moves in, where does he stand with the contract that he has currently if this is the case?
 BTW Galvanize

So... if you move off-net then the 12 month minimum term ceases to apply as you cannot transfer the account.
Does that answer the qn.

Nope, the OP isn't moving off-net.
The house he (or she, sorry) is moving to already has NTL services in it that are on an active account.

I believe NTL are not doing this any more.

Yes u can have more than one account at the same property.
they will either split the cable outside in the omni or run a new cable from the cabinet

Re: 2 NTL services from one house?
My landlord has NTL tv & phone, and I have BB - separate accounts. Not sure what would happen if he wanted BB or I wanted telly though ....
