E-Billing
Does anyone know if the E-Bill is still available for sign-up .... I used to have it but then I moved house to the next road (i.e. same area) and they screwed up my account. Now they tell me it is not available anymore in my area (Surrey & Hants) - the web page says it is, but when I put in my username it says it isn't available in my franchise yet. "Cust. service" on the phone told me "It is not available yet"..... "But I used to have it" .... "Oh, it's been discontinued" ...........!!!
