How many people were charged three times for a service this month?

I know of two at least.

Goes with the present triple delivery of emails.

Personally I've not experienced this.I pay by DD myself.What method of payment did these two people use?

I don't understand how DD can be messed up like this.I've been paying NTL(and C&W before that and Nynex before that) by DD for years and I've had no such problems.I wonder if it's down to a regional issue?It is the one department that I've had no gripes with.

Do you mean the same service?

Or do you mean a seperate bill for TV, Phone and BB?

charged three times for the same service (TV) two for this month and then they added a second charge for last month that was already paid.
