Changing Direct Debit Date

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is now possible to change the direct debit date? I live in Cardiff and it was not possible to change the date a year ago. There was talk of a new billing system coming in.
It would be great if this new system was up and running?

Thanks
Steve

Well I just phoned them up, got through in a minute and a half, very helpful lady took all my change details down and was told it was being passed to accounts - all sounded great - will find out soon enough if it went OK.

If not, expect to hear from me in a month!!

But a tentative *yay* to Sarah-Jayne in the glasgow call centre...
