For the first time Im not happy !!!
Overall I have been happy with NTL. But I have received a letter stating that WEF 30/05/04 I will be moved onto the new Mid Pack at an extra £5 per month.
I dont watch NTL television, I have Sky, I pay sky £40 per month and I pay NTL £65 for telephone and Cable Broadband. Can NTL just change my Contract in this way ? Who do I 'phone to get back onto the Base pack ? Has anyone else had this ?

Why are you paying for TV while not using it?
Are you still in the 12month contract period?

I used to pay for TV due to it being the only way I could have BB. That was stopped and you can now have BB on its own in Ex C&W areas.. If you never watch TV then cancel it.
