It seems to be an attitude particularly prevelant among you University types. You seem to think you're somehow superior to anyone who didn't go to University, and most call centre staff didn't, therefore they are 'monkeys'.
Have a bit of respect for other people and their jobs and don't act like an overpriviledged bag of horse ****! Especially since those same 'monkeys' are paying a lot of money towards your subsidised education and generally ****-easy life!

i've worked in a call centre ACTUALLY, and i've dealt with orange customer services on more than several occasions. shabby treatment is not the word. and it's not an easy life going to uni, maybe you should try it? having to work 30 hours a week+ on top of doing 20 hours+ at uni is not my idea of ****-easy....
anyway that's all
