They don't support it. Some techs may give help for networking etc when you ring up, but they don't have to help (& may not be able to help anyway). The only support you're supposed to get is for the connection itself - PC problems, networking problems, etc....not their responsibility.

You should have had a welcome letter with all the details. You could phone them & ask for the details again (e.g. you could say you just wanted to connect a different PC). Easier thing though, is to just clone the MAC address onto the router (that way the STB thinks it's still connected to the same PC). Very easy to do with Linksys routers. There's a very simple manual method, or the "wizard" on the set-up CD can do it for you I believe.
