a judge in pennsylvania has reached the decision of only charging one of three people with a drink driving offence, one was in a truck, the other two were on horseback and cannot be charged as a horse is not classed as a vehicle, much to the confusion of pennsylvanians there has been widespread outcry at the decision.

"The high court is vulnerable to ridicule if a drunk on a horse is involved in a serious accident," wrote Eric Heyl in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review.
"At that point, some might even label these legal scholars lunatics."
