The 192.168.0.1 is your LAN IP address. You do not have a WAN address. This is the problem.

You may get some milage from connecting the modem directly to you PC and typing ipconfig /release at a command prompt. May well do not good, but occasionally helps.

Looking at the pictures, you may well have a problem with your router. Have you checked that the WAN light comes on when you connect it to the modem?
