so with the customer service problems, is it their knowlege base, their attititude, telephone manner, hands tied by stupid company proceedures?
gotta say, they have always been fast, helpful and efficient when ive phoned them, never had a problem apart from the time £90 quid appeared on my bill
tho they sorted that pretty quickly to be honest...
