Name of this old Arcade shoot em up?

All I can remember it was a static vertical shooter like Astro Fighter/Galaga/Galaxion where the ship could only move left/right.

It had a gameplay feature where at some point little men dropped from the ships and if you didn't shoot them (I think) they landed at the bottom of the screen and went under your ship and walked left/right trying to jab a sword or something up your spaceships exhaust port!

Been looking through all my MAME roms and can't see anything that looks like it!

Anyone have an idea of its name?

I've already looked on many MAME sites and still can't see anything that jogs my memory, will have to post on their forum I guess.

Link doesn't work, mate. They don't allow hotlinking by the looks of things.

It works fine, though you have to copy and paste it into your address bar rather than clicking.

Ladies and Gentlemen, give that man a CIGAR!!

I think that's the one me old mucka! Although the MAME History has 2 bootlegs listed as Sky Raiders and Space Battle, so they may be the ones I'm thinking of.

Managed to get 5100 on me second go. Thanks for the help.

*EDIT*

I think it was Space Battle! After watching the attract mode on all 3 games, Space Battle has different coloured men that drop down, yellow instead of purple, and I think that is what makes me think it's Space Battle!

Now, are there anymore games like this one
