Call Of Duty 2

I want to get this for Xmas but I am a bit in two minds about if my graphics card will run it, Ive got a Nvidea Ge Force FX 5200 (128mb). Ive tried looking everywhere for the tech specs for the game regarding the cards it supports with no luck, pretty tough question here i know.

FWIW it says on the back of the box near the barcode:

...

NVIDIA GeForce FX Series supported.

Infact there are about 20 cards "supported", it looks like you shall be hard pushed to find a card not supported Unless of course it doesn't support DirectX 9 of course.

HTH

You can run it in DX7 mode so even DX9 support isn't necessary afaik.

Re: Call Of Duty 2

Anyone else notice the GAME advert - deal of the week £19.99 for all formats of COD2 (except X360).

I got my PC copy yesterday from the Game in Debenhams and got an extra 12.5% off the 19.99 Wasn't going to buy it, but at half normal price, why not!

Is the Clan going to start at COD2 server?

Theres a few things in the offing clan wise so the answer is possibly. As things atand at the minute though Call of Duty 2 multiplayer is a mine field. There is as of yet no anti cheat for the game and from what im reading one day soon all servers are ment to close for a day in protest to lack of support
