I live in kent and they shipped The Lion King and simba toy on Friday 31st and it arrived yesterday no problem. So it just pot luck, Central London is definitely a no no.
They are based out toward Reading, so shipments should avoid the centre of London. From what I have seen Parcel force is not affected, so heavier shipments will not be a problem.
Smaller shipments will go royal mail and could get stuck, just like other mail order co's
