Why would you want to? I have that game and IMHO, all the stations are hopeless
They are probably encrypted on the DVD.

San andreas radio on google. You will find a page with a download to rip the audio from the PS2 DVD. Dead easy - seperates ads, presenter talks, songs etc - all properly named.
