Final fantasy games cost so much
A few years back I bought a PS2 again so I could replay Final Fantasy. I have 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, 12 and 13.
But being nosey I went online to see how much the games are. Why are they so much? They sold millions so surely there is no shortage.

7 has been remade but the gfx is only slightly improved. 7 imo is by far the best shame about all the chocobo riding you have to do though lol

Expect all of those items are AMAZON MARKETPLACE sellers. So yes these are private public/people selling to mugs (collectors) as the games will no longer be repressed to brand new factory DVD and sold. 13 has 2 sequels allready as part three is on the way.

If you look the seller isn't actually amazon but a marketplace seller. The games are out of print now so are hard to get hold of as most people keep them as collectors items. Hence the prices. They aren't actually new, but may have been stored.
There are much cheaper copies in the used section.

1-3 are on iPhone and PSP
4 is on DS and PSP
7-9 are on PSN (PS3/PSP/Vita)
Squenix are releasing a large box set of 1-9, not too sure on the details.
