Scariest computer game?
Ok we all know the Resident Evil games, and there are so many over horror genre games out there. But which game actually made you jump or sent cold shivers down your spine?
Mine its got to be Dead Space on the 360, especially with the woman singing twinkle twinkle little star. What about yours?

Half Life, when the face-huggers dropped through the ceiling - fresh underpants time.
(especially in 5.1 sound).

I always remember the Aliens vs Predator game playing as Marine. The early stages going through the dark not knowing when the aliens were going to attack used to scare me poo-less!

Re: Scariest computer game?
The original Silent Hill on PSone caused quite a few tremblings in the underpants department
But then I was only about 11
As an adult, FEAR 2 made me jump a few times.

They've just released this on PSN for PS3/PSP and it's still got it even with the amusing quality of graphics

Re: Scariest computer game?
Doom 1 and 2 made me jump a few times, but isn't really scary.
Bioshock 1 and 2 are very atmospheric and made me jump in places.
Apart from them Res Evil games and Silent Hill 1 are only ones i can think of that I've played.

Forgot about Eternal Darkness, that was an excellent game, again atmospheric and messed with your head.

Re: Scariest computer game?
HHHmmm some of the visuals in Dark Seed made me think.
but it was Doom 3 that actually made me jump. I was playing and the ex came in and just said hi to me - I nearly splatted the celing.
I believe I was even on TS at the time just to share my shame
