Re: Bad Company 2
Having done a complete volte-face and installed it, I realised I do not have a beta key, and have probably wasted my time.
Never mind, I'll go get outside a large malt instead.....

Re: Bad Company 2
Well after 10 mins, I realised the same self-centred idiots who play the first game are in this, and think team has an "I" in it.
So I have just cancelled my order on play.
Pley COD:MW2 instead and had a great "TEAM" game.

No one ever communicated on the first one. It's one thing I didn't like about it.

I tend to play with a couple of friends (we always seem to buy the same games), so we always speak on skype whilst playing online. you can rack up some good points and get decent tactics going when playing like that. especially things like Operation Flashpoint 2, which isn't points based, but does require organisation.
I agree though, games are for more fun and much better when you're talking to others playing.

Thats why its good to join a Casual clan for these types of games. You can get good team games going and its alot of fun. Otherwise as you say its mostly lonewolf players but thats always been the case in most FPS games tbh.

Re: Bad Company 2
I have today deleted the demo. I got fed up of playing on my own.
There were other people in my team but none of them knew how to speak.
I also found it very hard to see and shoot people, before the shot me, and I ain't done bad in the first BC.
So I'll wait until it comes down to a cheaper price before I even think about getting it.

Re: Bad Company 2
Got an email from Game about 30 mins ago saying -
Thank you for your recent Preorder of Battlefield Bad Company 2.
Due to a large volume of orders, we will be despatching your Preorder in plenty of time for your game to arrive on release day. This includes processing your order early.
As a result, you may have received an email informing you that "your Preorder is on its way".
You may even find that your account has been debited.
Sounds like they are going to be sending them out early. Can't wait

The problem is getting all of you on at the same time.
I wanted a MW2 session last night but nobody was on. So I had to join the numpties.
