Yeah, the story sorta confused me a bit yesterday because I feel asleep halfway through a conversation with the Illusive Man (what an awesome name) and when I woke up I had to pick a dialog option. There's two things I have to get used to now though, that is that you now have limited ammo and the accuracy of the enemies is awesome.

From what everyone's said, it may well be my next X360 game purchase ... I'm stll in Star Trek Online mode at the moment, about to throw my MacBook Pro out of the window due to me not being able to login to STO

Just completed my first playthrough. Final boss was just a tiny bit too easy. I lost 1 team member during that assault, it was awesome though. I will certainly be playing it through again.

I've been playing the PC version this weekend.
Fans of Chuck will be pleased that the leading lady is head modelled on the actress who is her voice, and in her native Australian accent too.

I knew she was in it, I didn't know who she played like. Thanks for that.

Ahh, yeh I love chuck, and when I say the trailer with the character Miranda Lawson I thought wow, she so looks like Yvone S.....however you spell her name, except with dark hair.

Also, it was great to see another character join the crew from ME.

Mod Edit (Matt D) - Party member spoilers
Please give some sort of non-spoiling context when posting spoilers, otherwise people won't know if it's safe to look or not

Re: Mass Effect 2 (360/PC) [No Spoilers unless within Spoiler Tags!]
For a videogame character, Miranda really is sex on legs
I've recruited the first 4 team members, & done the Loyalty missions for all of them plus Miranda & Jacob. Recruited The Assassin last night, & have to do his Loyalty mission plus recruit (& make Loyal) the final three team members .
When I recruited the Assassin last night
... it triggered a forced mission afterwards, beginning with a chat in the comm room with President Bartlett - so I'll be off to next time I load up.
I love this game. It's just... awesome. My only real niggle is the resource scanning, but I can put up with that given that EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE GAME UTTERLY ROCKS.
Game of the Year for me. Perhaps Game of the Generation.

It is a great game. Game of the Generation is pushing it but it's up there. I really liked Fallout 3 as well.

Oh, & Mordin... possibly the best NPC ever?
Anyone else talk to him enough for the singing?

Did any of you get the achievement from doing Thane's loyalty mission? I didn't. Unless that mission can end in 2 different ways. All I'll say without putting it in spoilers is that the mission failed.

I still appear to be one crew member slot missing, but loads to come I guess.
This is really an awesome game. Hats off to the team that made this. I do find the scanning a bit tedious also, but given its needed for upgrades, well worth it.

Yeah, you get that one close to the end of the game.
