Nintendo DS - R4/Edge Cards
Anybody bought one of these?
If so, where did you get it from and would you recommend the company?
Thanks

memorybits.co.uk
Used them several times, as recently as last week (for another R4 card actually), so I've got a 10% off discount code at home if you're interested.
Just saw Wicked's post. That beats the pants of memorybits on price although the p&p is more expensive.

Re: Nintendo DS - R4/Edge Cards
I really want one of these, but think I'll go for the Cyclo DS card as it seems better?
Aren't the R4 cards going round now all unofficial?

Unofficial in what way. I don't think Nintendo recognises any cards that can be used for homebrew purposes. I've heard that Cyclos are good too but I've only had first hand experience of R4s and I've never had any problems with them.

Re: Nintendo DS - R4/Edge Cards
I prefer the M3DS Real myself . There are a lot of fake R4 cards about some of which are relabeled N5 cards which have been known to blow a fuse in the DS itself. The latest R4 proper firmware is 1. something the memorybits cards use one that is not on the actual R4 site. Been using these cards over a year now.(original R4)
I have bought the "R4" cards from memorybits and had no problem as of yet with them. Use bigsale15 and you get 15% off

I thought that was supposed to end on Sunday. Is it still accepting the code?

Unofficial in that I had heard that a lot of the 'new' R4 cards are fakes.

I believe they are all fakes now, the original R4 company was sued out of business by Ninetendo.
