Re: Xbox? PC? PS3? Retro? Which Do YOU Prefer?
Retro for me has to be the Sega Megadrive!
Different games suit different consoles.
The Playstation 3 is the odd one out though ^^
Xbox360's Own games Include, Halo 3, Gears of War, PGR etc
The PC's own games include quite a few good ones, Too many to list.
Retro games.. Are just awesome, so no need listing them.
But the PS3.. The only one I can think of is Gran Turismo..
Anything else? In order for me its,
Xbox 360, PC, Retro(Sega) then the Playstation 3..

I voted for the 360 as its the one I use the most.
For the PS3 you are forgetting, Motorstorm, Resistance, Uncharted, Metal Gear Solid to name just a few.

Re: Xbox? PC? PS3? Retro? Which Do YOU Prefer?
Thats true, Although I only reconise two there, Motorstorm & Metal Gear Solid..
I have heard about the new look on Live, Although I haven't been able to see, due to not being able to go on for over a Month as I dont have a long cable to reach, and to be honest, I dont want one trailing through the house. Does anyone have the Wireless Adapter? Is it worth getting?

Re: Xbox? PC? PS3? Retro? Which Do YOU Prefer?
Yes it isn't cheap really but its fantastic, mine has never disconnected or had any connection issues.
I got mine off ebay for a lot less than £60.
Resistance was one of the bigger PS3 launch titles and the sequal just got released last week. Also Uncharted is a massive title for the console and the sequal has just been announce, think tomb raider/Indiana Jones, with less puzzles and lots more action.

For a couple of days over the weekend the wireless adaptor for the 360 was £33.99. It's gone back up to £45 now.

Re: Xbox? PC? PS3? Retro? Which Do YOU Prefer?
Yes, it was on amazon. It was either over the weekend or at the end of last week. It was posted in a bargain thread on the xbox forums. At the time, I actually thought about buying one, as I currently use a cable and it would be one less wire in my front room, but didn't bother in the end, because I thought they had permanently brought the price down and I could always get one later. Shows that you should strike while the iron is hot!

Re: Xbox? PC? PS3? Retro? Which Do YOU Prefer?
Yeah, Just have to keep searching I guess, I cannot go on live at the moment, as I would have to have a long wire to go down a flight of stairs to my router. So I would prefer a Wireless Adaptor..

Re: Xbox? PC? PS3? Retro? Which Do YOU Prefer?
If I play a computer game at all, it's as likely as not going to be a BBC micro game, via the Horizon emulator on my Mac. I do still have the Beeb in the loft, but setting it all up with the TV is a bit of a hassle ...

Re: Xbox? PC? PS3? Retro? Which Do YOU Prefer?
I prefer playing games on my computer. I used to love playing my N64/PS2, but over the past few years, PC has done it for me. I do also have an Xbox 360, although I just prefer the PC.
