Re: Fallout 3
Quite good game, the beginning is really great! although now I seem to be crashing alot now in certain area's outside of the vault. Tried alsorts such as new drivers, codec's other settings but still the same . (on pc btw). my dads running the game without a hitch though which is annoying!

Re: Fallout 3
Absolute bargain Neon, it's a great game but doesn't quite have the same epic substance as Oblivion although all of these comparisons are probably a tad unfair as it's a different type of game entirely. The combat system is absolutely superb though, it'll be great if Bethesda use it in the next Elder Scrolls game.

Re: Fallout 3
OK, maybe a huge bump but there's no point making a new thread if there's one already here...
I've kinda got my self stuck in the hotel where you do the Reilly's Rangers quest (it didn't even let me do it, they just tried to shoot me up). Does anyone know how to get out? I honestly can't find my way out.

Not sure if you've got past it since your post, but if you have a look here it tells you what needs doing

Re: Fallout 3
Hi
The missus has complete the regular game a couple of times, so I thought I'd dl the add-ons for her. I see there are 5, is it best to dl the first one, so she can play that, then when done the next one, or should I just buy, dl and install all 5 to make the game bigger all at once.
i think she played it through the 2nd time as she accidentally completed it, i.e. it finished and she didn't realise completeling it, wouldn't let you go back and do stuff, so she wanted to do bits she missed!
I guess she'll have to start again, again, to access everything.
Need something to keep her busy/quiet until ps3 gets the skyrim dlc!
Cheers

Re: Fallout 3
The first one allowed you to continue playing after finishing I believe. I'd recommend getting them all though, they're excellent DLC.

Re: Fallout 3
Cheers, just checked to download them all on ps3, costs £40 so I'd actually be better off buying the GOTY edition!

Re: Fallout 3
From memory you need broken steel to play after the end sequence/mission
Shame you can't do the same on Fallout New Vegas.
Both are fantastic games though.
