Well... what a nice friendly thread this has become.
Enough of the bickering, arguing, & name calling.
Any more, & out come the infractions.
Also, FYI: There *have* been various stores selling GTA IV early, as well as some online shops which have shipped it early. Not everyone who is playing it early is playing a pirate copy.
I don't like it anymore than anyone else, as I'm still waiting for Tuesday, but it has happened.

They will *not* ban people who have only got it early because certain retailers have broken the release date.
MS & Rockstar cannot & will not penalise people who have legitimately purchased the retail game, just a bit earlier than the shops should have let them.
As for the pirates... yes, they deserve whatever they get.
