The original Playstation was frequently called PSX by magazines when it first came out.

There was even a magazine with that name as well.

I have the 360 version on order as well. The collectors edition.

I used to work for a software distributor, and the original Playstation was abrreviated as PCX, but PS1 or PSOne where acceptable

PSX was an early nickname for the first PlayStation (something to do with its SNES-related origins), but I do not think it was ever an official name like PS1 or PSone.

PSX was actually the name for a totally different thing.

Anyway.

GTA IV looks awesome.

Wo0o0!! GTA4

My most anticipated game this year is nearly at my doorstep! can't wait

for those of you who havn't pre-ordered your copy yet, just letting you know Amazon has re-opened the pre-orders for Special Edition GTA4 (PS3) if you wanna go order your copy now!! (I missed the last preorder of special edition by a few mins last time !)

New trailer released tomorrow on the GTA IV website. It has also been updated with a couple of new radio stations.

Good couple games comming in the next couple months. We got GT5 friday then a month later we got GTA4 and then 2 months after we have MGS4 if everything stays on track. SWEET ! ! !

Updates:
The host of the game makes the rules, in "Race" and GTA Race" he decides the vehicles and laps, in Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch he decides the number of peds, the flow of traffic, the intervention of police and the weapons. Also in the single player mission "hangmans Noose" there will be co-op, the mission you and your friends will be able to escort a mafia man, while ambushed by the SWAT, but it doesn't end there, carjack, turfwar, bomb da base II, free mode, the 100 hours of single player are nothing compared to the 10 years of multiplayer.

Also, there are a total of 15 multi player modes, all accessed through your cellphone. You will be able to CREATE YOUR CHARACTER FOR ONLINE, change his race, sex, skin color, hair, clothing. 16 players online.
