CSI Dark Motives
I am playing this game and just completed the first case, when I started the 2nd case the questions you can ask are in french despite me selecting english to start with, and in the game there are no language options that i can see.

Re: CSI Dark Motives
Stupid Question, but when you installed the game, did you select English?

Re: CSI Dark Motives
And your using an english crack or perhaps the french one :P
But still, bugs happen since PC's arent so predictable as consoles, there is no way of knowing every combination of hardware will result in always bug free gaming.
Spoke to the developers?

Re: CSI Dark Motives
Nope just installed out of the box, can't find any patches on the UBI website (unless I've missed something)

Re: CSI Dark Motives
You sure you have
1. Collected all evidence
2. Checked on collected evidence in the lab, sometimes finger marks etc are not see easy to find.
3. Speak to everyone.

Re: CSI Dark Motives
I cant remember lol
Been aloooooong time since I played DM, and its hard to say what to do as there is so many ways you may have missed evidence.
My advice for you is to goto www.gamefaqs.com and check a FAQ there and see if you missed any evidence.
Or www.gameboomers.com and check the walkthroughs there.

Re: CSI Dark Motives
Did you know you can double click on evidence, then drag another piece on to it (you will do this several time, I won't say what items or how many as this may spoil the fun)

Re: CSI Dark Motives
Well, I've got all the bits off the bike and connected the broken spring together, but it still says that there is something to do with the spring. What's that? I've tried using all the tools on the fixed spring, but nothing shows up! I'm a bit lost at what to do next:S That's my main concern anyway ..
I think I'm okay with the rest, I think. Is there anything else in Leslie's shop that has relevence to anything? I found the message on the pc, the komawa, the money, the lottery ticket, the free receipts for ace, the cory muzzoti fingerprint and ace's bike treads outside. Have I missed anything?
Thanks for all your advice so far though guys, but is there anything else that i might have missed?
