if it is a linux box you will need to copy your main and miles folder over to the box.
then find the linux binaries. these come complete with the linux PB folder.
Structure would look like this.
COD2/Dedicated/ Main, miles, PB, these will be in the Dedicated folder or whatever you choose to name it.
The linux binaries will go into the root of yourDedicted folder.
