Transferring SIMS2 game scenarios onto a new PC

Hello,
My daughter has a new PC and she wants to transfer her existing SIMS 2 'towns' or whatever you call them on to the new PC so that she can continue with the same simulations. Does anyone know if this is possible or how to do it?
Thanks

The save games are in

C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2

Just copy whats in there to the new PC.

EDIT: Just noticed its quite large - it may be better to burn that directory to a CD then copy it that way.

Is it possible to change that default directory for the save games? My C partition is primarily for system-related stuff, and I have another partition that I put non-critical stuff.

The wifey has Sims 2 installed and I'm looking to see how I can have her saved games stored somewhere else.... thought initially about using a symbolic link, till I realised just why that wouldn't work

If I remember correctly it will be saved to the users default My documents folder wich can be moved by right clicking on my documents and typing a new location. This ofcourse will move the whole of the my documents folder but if as you say you only want system files on the C drive this wont be a problem to you.
I remember changing the location for my 'My Documents' folder a while back and not copying the old data over, then looking on in horror when it appeared my PC had forgotten all my settings and saves for C&C generals and GTA III (Took me a while to figure out my mistake aswel )
