These PMRs are an absolute hoot for barking quick instuctions at each other during a networked game.
"He's camping behind the wall!", "OK, you go left, I'll go right and pop some grenades then you jump in and spray the chaingun".
Range is pretty good and is ideal for LAN games at home and in the office (after work hours of course

) but for internet games with your local friends don't expect sparkling performance in heavily built up areas unless they live little more than a few streets away (and you might need to make sure the lid is on your PC is on to avoid interference).
Also, it might be worth spending the extra 7.99 for the pair of earpiece/mics that are designed to go with it.
