Call of Duty United Offensive

I must say this game is the best first person shooter out there. Massive of improvement compared to the last game.

The new maps are better and online new game modes are good as well. I have had the game a couple of days and have not stopped, cannot put it down. the only down side is it so addictive I have red eyes from it.

your thoughts?

There's very little difference from the first CoD apart from the explosions, otherwise it's just more of the same, and it's far from the "best first person shooter out there".

Re: Call of Duty United Offensive

The vehicles are good, and add to the fun - especially when playing in Multiplayer mode. I like the extra game modes too.

Not sure if it's the best FPS out there... I still think that CS takes some beating for that (although haven't tried CS:S yet).

The other day I read a review in a magazine whilst walking round the supermarket (anyone else do that, or just me? It makes shopping more bearable ) that said this was so good it deserved to be a separate game and not just an add-on. Not sure if I'd go that far, but it is still a damn fine game.

MatTman is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: Call of Duty United Offensive

in the end CS:S is the same old stuff, l33t kiddie shooting fests with knee jerk reactions required to avoid getting owned, there are much btter out there.. CS's popularity came about in a time of relativly NO decent Fps's and little industry Competition.!

COD is better, but that is not the best either and farcry is higher up the ladder, HL2 will Definatly take the crown in my opinion.!
