I am designing a website which uses iframes to show the content of the website. However on some pages i need to create pop-up links, the ones i found of dynamic drive, do create a pop-up but it opens within the iframe, not the external page i want them open over (index.html)

does anyone know how i can create a pop-up that will open outside the entire iframe.
