I have a 28inch sanyo tv the picture has got streched verticaly
it needs setting from engineer screen the waranty company has gone bust sanyo wont tell me how to access the screen from my remote had it done a year ago by engineer but would not tell me how to do it. I feel like i have been shafted.
Press & release diamond memory key on front ("Factory" shows on screen), press Index/Menu on hset within 5 secs; 1st tab on serv menu highlighted to allow entry of config code (02014) from handset. Pressing the R/C menu key again changes OSD to next setting, then alter with "Vol+" & "Vol-". To alter next parameter press sound button (under Vol+ button) to highlight next tab. Recommended values:- HO=02140; SO=01012; S1=00081; AO=00186; YO=00050; PO=15861; ZO=01369; P1=01665; Z1=00087; SP=00009

1. With the set turned on, unplug the AC cord. 2. On the front of the set, press and hold the Volume up and Channel up buttons. 3. Plug in the power cord. Press Channel up or down to change the adjustment function. Press Volume up or down to change the value of the adjustment function. Exit the service mode by pressing the power button. Data will save automatically.
