MMS and PAYG - Pictures a-go-go baby....

or Not......

Whilst my V300 on T-Mobile contract is able to accept pictures from any fone, any network. I have 2 ppl that have new fones on T Mobile PAYG, one is a Nokia with the numbers in a circular fashion and a built in camera (I'll get the precise number soon) and the other is a Motorola T720i with no camera attached. Their mates sends pictures to their phone but every time they need to go to website of T-Mobile and enter a password.

Now one of them says that she used to get pictures just fine on her mobile phone but not any more. Is there a reason or maybe a setting that allows pictures to be sent directly to the phone? I am not sure whether to whinge at
T-Mobile or the phone company ?
