Cordless phones Big Screen !

Hi all

I am after a set of three cordless phones with a big enough screen to easy read caller display. All the ones I have seen the display is so poor it's hard to see !

Any ideas

After a quick look there are a set of 4 here with decent size screens but I don't know how big the display will be.
