Convert MID to WAV
I have a number of .MID (Midi) files that I wish to convert to .WAV's so that I can write them to a CD
Any ideas
(This is just a one off and therefore I don't want to buy any software (don't mind using a demo version for 1 day though!))

Re: Convert MID to WAV
Doesn't actually output the WAV file as its a demo version - Except for 10sec's
Needs to save about 180 secs
Thanks anyway

If all else fails you can use sound recorder to record the files while playing them.
You can load all the midi files in a playlist and record away to create a master wav.
Have to set up a wav file just longer than the files you want to convert first though. This gets round the 30 second default length for sound recorder files.
Using the special settings in ezcd and nero you can even split out the separate tracks for the CD too

Re: Convert MID to WAV
QuickTime Player will do it if you have the Pro version

Re: Convert MID to WAV
For a free solution, I just checked and iTunes can convert .MID (or any QuickTime-compatible source) to MP3, MP4 (AAC), WAV or AIFF.
