Sony Ericsson K750i

for some reason i keep typing eriksson but anyway

Anyone have this phone? I'm thinking of upgrading and basically canvassing for opinions. Having a look round this phone seems to have what i want feature-wise and i had an Ericsson ages ago before the current handset / museum piece that i'm using, i'm after FM/MP3 playback with bluetooth so i can use my PDA with it, anything else doesn't really matter too much so long as it's reliable. For similar price there are a few Samsungs but they don't have all the features i'm looking for and Link don't seem to have many Nokias (PAYG Orange) which is what i was really after.

So does anyone have this phone or any good / bad stories about it? As usual good advice will be repped

Nope, she says the battery life is good, camera is good for what you pay, quite a lot of MB, good value for money. Overall she is very happy with it

Re: Sony Ericsson K750i

I have one as does my gf. Apart from sitting on it and cracking the lcd screen it's been fine. If you do bust yours I'm al up for repoaring them because I bought all the tools.

Its a great phone, the radio is alright (might be better in the towns)
The mp3 side is great and you can get a adaptor to use your own phones.
The photo's are good for a phone also.

All round a good phone. Reccommended

Re: Sony Ericsson K750i

I have got a k750i, nice phone with well laid out and easy to navigate menus.

Been switched on for months without a problem or reboot.

Never had a problem with any of the SE phones I have had, T610, K700 etc

Go for it!

Re: Sony Ericsson K750i

Well I have the W800i which is the same phone but branded as a walkman. Its a really amazing phone -

Menu's really easy to get around
2 megapixel camera is really good
Walkman music player is great, the K750 only comes with 64MB card but the w800i comes with a 512MB stick and much better earphones.
Radio function is also very handy

Never had any probs with the phone

Re: Sony Ericsson K750i

Go for it. SE produce the most superb phones. I've had Nokias, Motorolas, Samsungs etc, but nothing beats SE in my opinion. Just changed from a V3 back to a SE. So pleased I did. I had the K700i before the V3 (urgh), and loved loved loved it. I've now got a Z520i. Basic, but fab. I'm not into all the pictures and memory side of it, so it suits me fine.

Re: Sony Ericsson K750i

Consider the W800i if you are looking to use as an MP3 player as it is the same phone but it is supplied with a 512MB mem stick instead of the 64MB one the k750i comes with.

Re: Sony Ericsson K750i

SE K750i, fantastic phone. No problems at all with really easy to navigate menus, good battery life and nice camera. You really can't go wrong with this phone.
However it may be worth holding out for the new SE K800i with Cybershot, which comes out soon if it isn't already out.
