Xda Mini S - Opinions?

Basicly Im looking to replace my PDA at the moment due to some problems I have had getting tomtom 5 to work and some shortfalls of the hardware & software on my current PDA.
Problems I have with my current IPAQ 2210 is that my bluetooth doesnt work anymore (I believe the antenna is damaged), My 802.11b compact flash card is too slow for streaming some media. and just general niggles with the interface in PPC 2003 the bulk of wich apparently Windows mobile 5 addresses.

I quite like the look of the XDA mini S AKA i-mate K-JAM. Also like the fact it can be used as a phone.
Im also curious about some of the features...
The screen is smaller than that of my IPAQ but still seems very big for a phone, does it have a good picture etc?
What is the battery life like?
Is this one of the models with the non-volatile memory sepperate to the RAM so you dont have to worry about battery depletion? ive also heard this improves battery life.
Does this phone have SMS scheduling? i.e. set a text to be sent out at a predetermined time?
Are texts stored on the phones Rom, SD or does the phone have its own sepperate SMS memory?
Does this have a standard interface for things such as GPS adapters or am I restricted to bluetooth devices and the like?

Thats it really, just wondering if anybody has this one? or knows anybody with on and just after a general opinion before I part with my precious money
